Alta Equipment Group to Acquire ScottTech Integrated Solutions

Acquisition Solidifies Alta’s full-service capabilities in the Material Handling Market

LIVONIA, MICHIGAN – March 1, 2021 – Alta Equipment Group Inc. (NYSE: ALTG) (“Alta” or the “Company”) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with ScottTech Integrated Solutions (“ScottTech”), a privately held material handling company in Binghamton, New York.

 

ScottTech provides material storage and handling equipment as well as warehouse control software and turn-key systems. They are a premier provider of Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Automated Material Handling, and Packaging Processing Systems: from custom and commercial-off-the-shelf software applications, to designing, specifying and implementing advanced hardware solutions across a wide swath of industry segments. ScottTech has provided systems to customers throughout the United States and internationally.
